ADHD Coaching
for Business Professionals

Are You a Business Professional Who Struggles with Any of These Challenges?

Time Management

Work-Life Balance

Many of my business professional clients struggle with procrastination and staying motivated. You might avoid a project because it involves tedious, detailed work, or because you feel it must be perfect. The overwhelming number of tasks and lists can make everything seem daunting. Time slips away, and you find yourself gravitating towards fun, interesting tasks, neglecting the important ones you promised to complete. Your work-life balance isn't where you want it to be. Prioritizing is difficult because you're not sure where to start. You're not alone, and you're not broken. You are part of a large community facing the same challenges. You can regain control of your business and personal life. I have successfully coached hundreds of clients facing these challenges, from business, professional sports and motion pictures. If you are ready to take control of your ADHD, schedule your free thirty minute call me with by clicking the "Book Now" button below.

Five Pillars to Manage Your ADHD

My journey

My journey into coaching began with a deeply personal experience: my son, Patrick, was diagnosed with nonverbal learning disorder (NVLD). At that time, resources were scarce, so I took it upon myself to coach him. Together, we tackled challenges in social skills, communication, organization, planning, prioritizing, emotional regulation, dealing with overwhelm, and impulsivity. Patrick's achievements—writing a fantasy-fiction novel, recording four solo piano albums, graduating from college and attending graduate school at Harvard —are a testament to the power of tailored coaching and support. This experience ignited my passion for helping others realize their full potential. After a successful 30-year career in corporate America, where I honed my skills in coaching, consulting, and training, I decided to fully dedicate myself to professional ADHD coaching. Now, I work with business professionals guiding them to live their best lives and achieve their full potential.

What My Clients Say About Me

Randy Fenton, MD
Regional Medical Director

Jim has been an incredible asset to me. Together, we have identified talents and skills I had not recognized, effectively addressed long standing challenges, and developed tools to help me become a better leader, physician and husband. I said “together “ because he does not simply hand you the answers but skillfully and stealthily guides you there. I truly look forward to our meetings. Whether you are struggling with ADHD, or a leader looking to further develop your talent, I can recommend Jim wholeheartedly!

Jen Hansen, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse

Jim is highly knowledgeable about ADHD and its effects . As someone making a career change, it can be daunting, but Jim helped me navigate the process by using my strengths. Our coaching conversations helped me find my confidence and inner fierceness to be successful! He is kind, compassionate and intuitive in his practice. I couldn’t have made this career move without his positive, creative toolbox for the ADHD brain. Thank you, Jim, for being such a wonderful human and coach!

Nancy Zhou

Your guidance has been invaluable. You’ve helped me understand myself better, suggested great ideas, clarify my interests/passions, and built up my confidence to make a plan that aligns with them (and to actually go through with it!). I now feel equipped to approach ideas and obstacles on my own because I have the right tools and strategies to get through them. Thanks 100Xs, Jim!!!
